Dial Into WIIFM; What’s In It For Me?
Building a website is never an easy task; the first question when developing a site is; Why?
Selfish Reason, Sorry
My reason was simple; I want to write a book, and my editor told me if I did not have a social media presence in today’s digital world the chance of any publisher showing interest in publishing my book was slim to none.
Building a website was a way to find my voice.
But if I am not serving my readers, then the Return on Investment of Time for readers and myself is Zero.
If I am going to get you to return to my website regularly, I need to answer this fundamental question; What’s In It For You?
My website is all about investment real estate and sharing with you my belief that investment real estate is a remarkable instrument to support your financial portfolio.
Content; and Adding More
When you visit my website, you will notice the focus is on blogging, podcasting, guest podcasting and magazine articles I have written.
The posts focus on the area of investment in real estate, which includes information on building a strong financial foundation, unlocking sustainable wealth and creating a living legacy. My guest podcasts are focused on the field of Entrepreneurship and Small Business.
Purchasing investment real estate requires you to be an entrepreneur and small business owner. I need to ensure you are getting a good foundation of information on entrepreneurship and small business.
Through my blog, podcast, magazine articles and other website content my goal is to focus on all these elements and bring;
“Prosperity to All Aspects of Your Life Forever.”
No one can carry all this abundance of knowledge to You on their own.
If I am going to deliver the content that will bring you back to my website regularly, my writing and voice cannot be the only written and spoken words.
My goal is to be a conductor and orchestrate investment real estate, entrepreneurial and small business experts to deliver the sweetest arrangement of investment real estate, entrepreneurship and little business material you have ever seen or heard.
An orchestra knows their success through audience applause; applause is the orchestra’s feedback regarding their performance.
Listening to many podcasts and reading many blog posts, I have looked at how often I have replied to or reviewed a fellow Podcaster or Blogger’s work. I am reaching out to you for feedback.
I have committed to review and respond to my fellow bloggers and podcasters more often.
I have built a successful sales and marketing career, and when talking to my salespeople, I always reminded them if you don’t ask for the order you will never receive the order.
Could you give me feedback on any aspect of my website, blog, podcast or articles and let me know what I could do to provide you with value as you look to purchase your first investment real estate property.
