Joining A Free Community: What’s Your Bottom Line Offer?

Joining A Free Community What’s Your Bottom Line Offer?

Joining A Free Community What’s Your Bottom Line Offer? However, individual coaching, including paid communities, can be expensive.

Conversely, in today’s digital world, you can join many great communities for free; are you willing to pay the price?

Finding the best free community in your interest is easy; do a quick Google search, and you’ll be off to the races.

However, the word free does come with a price. In today’s digital world, people build their legacy around giving and helping others. These people have put much effort into giving you the knowledge you need to maximize your area of interest. It is what you do for free that makes their efforts meaningful.

Evaluate if the community to see it is right for you. However, ask yourself the following questions: can you get started and engaged in this community without committing to any spending of your hard-earned cash? Has this community got their hand in your back pocket before it gives you access to any of the information you were looking for to get started?

Giving some cash is one thing while giving your time away can be a crime.

Suppose the price of entry into these communities is time and then money. But don’t spend any money until you are sure this is what you genuinely want to do.

I am all about you buying investment real estate. I aim to ensure you have all the information and tools to evaluate your first investment real estate purchase.

Joining A Free Community What’s Your Bottom Line Offer?

Your Investment

When you join a community investment, you can sit on the sidelines. You can also take no personal responsibility or ask the community to hold your feet to the fire, which requires you to deliver on any promises.

If you decide to engage in a community, personal responsibility and keeping your promises will help you get a return on your investment.

When you invest in a community, help others. Join the group’s Facebook page and get involved in the discussions; you will be pleasantly surprised at how much you will learn through giving.

I challenge you to see that your time is valuable and that you need to get a return on your time investment. It does not hurt to take; just offset by giving as much as you receive.

What does return on time investment look like? A return on time can be a goal or goals, developing a focus and sticking to this focus, learning new strategies or processes, or forming a community.

Over the days, weeks, and months ahead, I want to provide you with the knowledge to make real estate investments part of your financial foundation.

My articles, blogs, books, podcasts, website and more are part of my legacy.

What can you give back to build your legacy?

Can you help others achieve their goals, create a focus and stick to the focus, learn new strategies or processes, and form a community within a community?

Building goals, focus, strategies, processes, and community takes time.
