Christmas is a magical time bringing families together from far and wide. And gift-giving is part of the Christmas tradition.
Some years are more complicated than others to find the perfect gift. So last year, I wrote how COVID-19 created extra challenges to gift-giving.
Even though in North America vaccines help to open up the economy, there seems to be another variant around the corner. (Omicron)
There are continuously varying stories about how the newest variant will affect the world. My wish for the holiday season is to enjoy a year with more access to my family and friends.
People also wish good health for family and friends in the new year, and I can’t think of a more generous thought and gift.
There is talk in regions of the world to keep the friends and family gatherings as small as possible due to Omicron. Do your fact-based research and listen to the local healthcare system; you decide if a more intimate gathering is a gift your family and friends don’t mind receiving.
In late 2017, I wrote a blog that has become one of my best-read blogs. The blog post that keeps on giving. This blog tells the story of a mother, her daughters, and a grandmother. And the grandmother’s reluctance to help her daughter in her pursuit of investment real estate ambition.
It took an eye-opening experience for the grandmother to understand the power of investment real estate, in addition, the legacy she could leave her daughter and granddaughters while alive.
