I have had a lot of help along my book-writing travels, such as beta test subjects and readers. In addition, I worked with a beta group of people, coaching clients in their pursuit to purchase investment real estate.
These folks are very supportive and are happy to be guinea pigs. But, above all, they have embraced my words, processes, methods, and teachings and encouraged me to write a book.
In addition, the input from this clientele is part of my compensation for coaching their investment real estate development needs.
